What method of payment can I use?

Credit card is the only means of payment currently available. However, if you subscribe via the app, you can use Apple Pay or Google Pay.

What is the lifetime subscription?

The lifetime subscription is a one-off payment that gives you access to all content (current and updated) for life.

How can I obtain an invoice for my purchase?

For monthly subscriptions (solo and family) access your invoices in your personal settings. If you have lifetime access you can request an invoice by contacting us at contact@hypnoledge.com

How can I cancel my Hypnoledge subscription after signing up via the website?

To cancel your subscription, it couldn't be more simple. Just go to www.hypnoledge.com and log in to your account with your password. Then click on the logo in your profile (top right corner) and click on 'my subscription'. If you encounter any problems, let us know at contact@hypnoledge.com

How can I cancel my subscription if I signed up via the App Store?

  • Open the App Store app and go into your account (top right corner).
  • Click on the line Subscriptions.
  • You will see a list of all your subscriptions with the App Store.
  • Click on the one you want to cancel.
  • This will open a page with details about your subscription (price, renewal date).
  • Click on cancel subscription at the bottom of the page.

How can I cancel my subscription if I signed up via the Play Store?

  • Open the Google Play app.
  • Click on the profile icon (top right corner).
  • Click on payments and subscriptions > Subscriptions.
  • Click on the subscription you want to cancel.
  • Click on cancel subscription.
  • Follow the instructions.
