Why choose a solo subscription?

Why choose a family subscription?
The family subscription allows you to set up 4 individual profiles, each with its own progress tracker. This means family members can learn the same language at a different level at the same time or a completely different language.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Once the 7-day trial period has elapsed, your subscription becomes active.
To cancel your subscription taken on our website:

- Log in to your Hypnoledge account using your usual credentials.
- On the homepage, click on the small cogwheel at the bottom left of your screen to access the settings of your personal account.
- Then click on 'Subscriptions and purchases' to manage your subscription.
- Cancel your subscription by clicking on the 'Cancel' button.

How will I know if I'm receptive to hypnosis?
Hypnosis is a natural state of the brain that you experience every day (when you make a journey on autopilot and you arrive at your destination without being conscious of getting there, you have been in a state of hypnosis). This is an example of how everybody is receptive to hypnosis. However, the method used to access the hypnotic state on demand is very important to obtain compliance and results. Our hypnotherapists use the Ericksonian method which allows everybody to enjoy the benefits of hypnosis.
Which language level should I choose in the app?
You can start learning a language with no previous experience. If you have studied the language in the past, you can take a test to check your level the first time you log on to evaluate which lessons will be the most beneficial for you.
Will I be in a state of sleep?
Hypnosis is defined as an altered state of consciousness in which you continue to perceive things around you but your brain processes them unconsciously. Therefore, the state of hypnosis is not synonymous with being asleep. On the contrary, the language lessons require you to be active and conscious in order to memorise the information. If you are prone to falling asleep easily, don't try to learn just after eating or before going to sleep.
How long will it take to learn a new language?
It all depends on your starting level, your learning objective and how often you use the app. However 3 to 5 sessions per week, for a few months should be enough to obtain a solid foundation, particularly for speaking and understanding the language intuitively.
Can children use Hypnoledge?
They certainly can! It is suitable for children aged 7 and over. In fact our Human universe has a section especially designed for little ones.
How will I know if I'm in a state of hypnosis?
In most cases, you will remain aware of your environment and being in a state of hypnosis will enable your senses to reach stimuli ordinarily inaccessible. Your body will start to feel heavier or maybe you will feel lighter and calmer. It all depends on the individual and how prone you are to hypnosis in that particular moment but the main indicator is feeling totally relaxed.
